What I am passionate about
I am fascinated by how people and organisations interact, learn and develop. How do we deal with change? How can individuals and organisations, companies or associations develop in the best possible way in order to achieve what they are there for?
My Background
I applied my studies in Educational Sciences, with a focus on Human and Social Sciences, for over twelve years in corporate learning and organizational development at an internationally active NGO (SOS Children's Villages Hermann Gmeiner Academy).
To deepen and complement my work while expanding my range of action, I pursued further training in Systemic Change Management (Change Management, Ruth Seliger).
Experienced in working with groups
I am passionate about working with groups and teams. In 2014, I was introduced to The Art of Hosting (AoH). As an AoH practitioner, my work is based on the principles of participatory leadership. With empathy, openness, and genuine curiosity, I create spaces of trust, navigate and analyze group dynamics, and help groups achieve their goals.
As a systemic practitioner, I understand that I cannot change anyone. Powerful questions lead from grappling with a problem to achieving desired change. By asking targeted questions, I encourage reflection on patterns and structures.
Irene is a first-class Facilitator - the very best I have ever seen in meetings and other events - and I have been in many! She is uniquely skilled in listening, summarising and reacting to the conversation and debate. She is so well prepared for every event that she can be flexible and adapt on the fly if necessary. I have always come away from every meeting where she has facilitated feeling that it has not been a waste of time but rather a very fulfilling experience.

International Work Experience
As a facilitator, I have led international projects and guided over 800 people from at least 60 countries through dialogue and learning processes—in various settings, including on-site, online, and hybrid formats.
Engaging with people from different national cultures, professional backgrounds, and hierarchical levels has made me sensitive to working with diverse teams and has greatly enriched my own life.
My Way of Working
I listen to understand.
Curious about what is not being said, I ask powerful questions that provoke thought and encourage reflection.
With my “systemic lens,” I look for patterns and make them visible.
I enjoy visualising ideas for my own clarity and using creative tools that lead to sustainable insights.
I develop solutions that are fully tailored to your needs.
